Holidays are right around the corner and we want to provide in-season training to assure players are maintaining.
Our aim is to:
-Allow participants to experience our trademark atmosphere synonymous with player engagement & improvement;
-Improve players’ offensive/defensive skill-sets, whilst enhancing their basketball intelligence on both ends of the floor;
-Improve their basketball strength and conditioning;
What to bring:
-Water Bottle and a Light lunch (players will have 15 mins to eat before the last session)
-Basketball (please assure their names are on their basketballs)
-Sunscreen (weather permitting 1-hr will be outside each day
We’re looking forward to working and having some fun with the kids these (3) days!!
